If you wish to cancel your order and discontinue our services before the project has begun, you may do so and infinitydesignverse.com will provide you with a complete 100% refund minus the transaction charges.

If you wish to discontinue our services while the project is still active, infinitydesignverse.com will refund you the balance payment of your order. The amount for which we have already done the work for your project will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Any type of project—whether active, on hold, in-progress or already completed—will be ineligible for a partial or full refund provided that payment for that project was made 90 days ago or more than 90 days ago.

Similarly both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups or any social media in a way which brings bad name to either party or any of its employee, associate or partner. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

All design jobs require client input before finishing the design which is why it is requested that the customer is active throughout the process and gives feedback in order to get the required results.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies Infinity Design Verse would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.
